Ira Silverman – Chief Executive Officer

Ira Silverman is a founding partner and CEO of Gotham Technology Group and brings over 30 years of information technology leadership to Gotham’s clients and partners. Mr. Silverman is also a founding partner of M7 Global Partnership and sits on the partner advisory boards of several major manufacturers. Before establishing Gotham, Mr. Silverman was Senior Vice President for FutureLink Corporation, a worldwide ASP and integration firm. In 1991, Mr. Silverman founded Madison Technology Group, where he served as CEO until 2000, when he sold the company to FutureLink, an ASP and international systems integration firm. An active member of his community, Mr. Silverman also sits on the board of the Fairfield Westchester chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. Mr. Silverman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Washington University.

Adam Silverman is a founding partner and president of Gotham Technology Group, and leads its technical staff augmentation operations. Mr. Silverman most recently served as Director of Northeast ASP Operations for FutureLink Corporation. Prior to his days at FutureLink, Mr. Silverman was a co-founder and executive vice president of Madison Technology Group, Madison Technology Group of NJ, and Madison Consulting Resources, responsible for all areas of business development. After graduating from the University of Maryland in 1990 with an Economics degree, Mr. Silverman spent his first year in the technical industry working for a systems integration firm in mid-town Manhattan, where he developed hands-on skills, designing and building world class infrastructure, security, and remote access solutions.

Kenneth Phelan - Chief Technology Officer

Ken Phelan is a founding partner of Gotham Technology Group, serves as its CTO, and leads the Professional Services arm of the company. Mr. Phelan has been published in numerous technical magazines and serves on the advisory boards of several major manufacturers. Prior to Gotham, he held a number of high ranking positions in technology integration and software development firms, including senior vice president of technology and operations for FutureLink; senior vice president of technology for Madison Technology Group; and director of technical services for OmniTech Corp.; Mr. Phelan helped found and served as VP of R&D and chief operating officer for MicroBiz, a point-of-sales software developer. Mr. Phelan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
