Our customer is a global lifestyle brand that markets and sells luxury men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, accessories, fragrances, and home furnishings. The customer depends on Citrix NetScaler to connect its various offices throughout the world, and engaged Gotham to address numerous outages and failures that had resulted in loss of business.
Based on a comprehensive assessment of the failures and the customer’s requirements, Gotham designed a new NetScaler solution comprising high availability pairs in four global data centers as well as a domestic DR center. The solution was implemented and tested in stages, after hours, to avoid any impact on business. Gotham resources provided next-day support to address any issues after each cut-over.
The result has been a much more robust and stable platform that is easily managed.
